How the connection works
A clear boundary between your store and your marketing workspace.
Read-only commerce access
The connection requests read-only access to customers, orders, checkouts, products and fulfillments. Sendnord does not edit the store.
Import the store history
After connection, the initial backfill imports the available store history and reports whether that import is running, complete or failed.
Keep new data moving
The live connection continues syncing new customers and orders after the initial import.
Disconnect without erasing history
Disconnecting stops new sync activity and pauses Shopify-dependent automation behavior. Existing contacts and past order data remain.
A precise current boundary
Purchase amount, category and last-purchase conditions are not yet offered in the visual segment builder, so this page does not present them as available.
