Questions people actually ask.

What counts as a subscriber?
Your peak number of active subscribers during the billing period. Suppressed and unsubscribed contacts are not counted, so cleaning your list reduces your bill.
Is there a free trial?
No: plans are paid from the first day, billed monthly or annually on the tier you pick. There's no long-term contract, so you can cancel anytime.
What does annual billing change?
Annual subscriber plans cost ten times the monthly price, so two months are free. Add-ons use their listed annual prices and caps.
Can the assistant send or delete on its own?
No. Anything outward-facing or destructive is a preview you confirm. Sending and list changes always run through an explicit click.
When do SMS and RCS arrive?
They are in development and there is no announced date. When they ship they will appear inside your existing account and plan.
